UK Supermarkets

I was in Scotland over the summer for two weeks.

During that time we spent a good few days in major shopping centers in all sorts of stores, including grocery stores. The UK has a different outlook on their stores from what we have here - they have a more professional look. There are no bright yellow signs with huge block letters, there's just clean, crisp signs followed by clean, upper-scale looking packages. Though the price may be affordable, they package it like it's worth a fortune. The ones posted above were found in a sea of juices, surrounded by huge pictures of oranges and shiny apples. Given the clean labeling and the cool little 'cottage industry' logo, there's no wonder it stood out from the rest. Created by Davies Hall out of London, there is no surprise that the items grabbed my attention. Goji berry and ginger were my favorite.
