Italia Ice Cream Bars

Italia is one of the oldest ice cream brands in Rio de Janeiro, they were born in iconic Ipanema beach and carries that nostalgia from the 80’s when beach culture in Rio was at its peak. For the re-design of their logotype we chose a classy type treatment that would evoke quality while adding a small palm beach for association with Ipanema.

For their brand pattern, we designed small watercolor elements that remember tropical Rio. While their ice cream bars packaging received each one a special design pattern that remembers vintage beachwear shirts.
